Steps to upgrade 4G Display

- Run "4G Display.msi" to install the new version of 4G Display.  If the current version is
  greater than or equal to 145A, it is not necessary to uninstall before upgrading.


Important Notes
---------------
- If the installed version of 4G Display is less than 145A, run "Uninstall 4G Display.bat". On 
  Windows 7 and Windows 8, you may need to "Run as administrator". It is important to remove the
  CVI 6 version of 4G Display (less than 145A) and the support libraries before installing the 
  new version of 4G Display built with CVI 2013.

- The new distribution does not include "setup.exe" and relies on the Windows Installer Service. 
  On older Windows XP or Windows 2000 machines, please ensure Windows Update is enabled to obtain
  the Windows Installer Service or contact EControls to obtain a legacy style "setup.exe". 

- The new default directory for 4G Display installation is C:\Program Files.
