– From
the west, get off at exit 40W. Take service road
to traffic light. Make a right turn and ease into
LEFT lanes (there are two left turn lanes), then
bear right following signs to BRUSH HOLLOW ROAD.
Shames Dr. will be the second traffic light. Turn
left onto Shames Dr. The road becomes "one-way." Follow
the one-way circle. Electro Industries is on the
right side approximately half way around the circle.
From the east, get off at exit 40W. Bear LEFT and
follow the above.
From Northern State Parkway- Get
off at exit 34 – this will be BRUSH HOLLOW
ROAD. Turn right onto BRUSH HOLLOW ROAD.
If you were eastbound on the Northern State
Parkway, go three lights to Shames, make
right. If you were westbound on the Northern
State Parkway, go two lights to Shames
Drive and make a right.
From Northern New Jersey – Take
George Washington Bridge to Cross Bronx
Expressway. Then take the Throgs Neck Bridge
to Cross Island Parkway heading south.
From there, go to either LIE eastbound
or Northern State Parkway eastbound. Then
follow directions above.
From Southern New Jersey – Take
the Verrazano Bridge to the Belt Parkway
(easiest way is to take the UPPER level
of the bridge and STAY LEFT). The Belt
Parkway becomes the Southern State Parkway
when you cross into Nassau County. Take
the Southern State to the Wantagh Parkway,
North. Take this to the Northern State
Parkway, East, to exit 34, Brush Hollow
Road. Go three Lights to Shames Drive and
follow directions above.
From LaGuardia Airport – Follow
signs to airport exit & Eastern Long Island – Grand
Central Parkway, East. The Grand Central
Parkway becomes the Northern State Parkway
when you cross into Nassau county. Then
follow the directions above for the Northern
State Parkway, eastbound.
When driving from the New York Thruway,
I-95, follow signs to the Throgs Neck Bridge,
take the Cross Island Parkway, South. From
there, go to either the LIE eastbound or
the Northern State eastbound, and follow
the directions above.
