EIG’s Commitment To Quality Manufacturing and Design

In the past few years, EIG has completed a Total Quality company-wide mission to perfect its manufacturing techniques and reduce warranty repair to the part per million level. This was accomplished by adopting new techniques to reduce component failure and increase product life span. The effort included both engineering and manufacturing. EIG's Total Quality mission has lead to a significant reduction in an already low return rate. Today, the return rate of EIG products is at historically low levels.

EIG’s Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

For many years, EIG has not charged for repairs or upgrades for any defects, even out of warranty. EIG only charges to repair physically damaged instruments. We firmly believe that the key to growth is customer satisfaction. Since we rarely charge customers, extending the warranty does not pose any additional cost to EIG or to our collective customers. This is the classic “win-win” situation.
